GAC is a user-friendly, secure portal for Affiliates to access the records of the clients you have authorized them to serve. This is designed to streamline your EAP’s communication with Affiliates. GAC provides a totally electronic ability to exchange client forms and sessions.

This addition to EAPro360® offers significant time savings by enabling you and your affiliates to manage routine tasks on-line.

Affiliates can:

1.  Receive an electronic alert of a new referral – saving EAP staff the time of typing and sending an authorization

2.  Sign on securely to receive the information on the new client with a note from the EAP as well

3.  Enter and/or edit demographic data for the client you referred to them

4.  Enter their session date, time spent, who attended, and notes – saving your staff time receiving a fax and manually entering the data.

5.  Access their chart-notes, past appointments

6.  Their billing is automatically sent to you for approval as soon as they press SAVE to enter their sessions

7.  Look up where their payment is in your process

8.  Close Cases –you just approve it and do not have to enter the date, disposition, Assessed Isues

9.  Upload Signed Forms / documents online
