EAP Software Training
Harting EAP offers:
- On-site training; and
- On-line training via a live remote session. It is our experience that in person training with the ability for users to be hands on during the training provides the most productive learning curve for your staff and provides the hands-on experience that helps them “hit the ground running”.
Research on computer training indicates that resistance to new software is directly related to sufficient training and exposure to the software.
