PROVIDERS – Staff manages Provider data, such as contracts, practice addresses, phone numbers, education, office hours, licensure, insurance coverage, specialties, etc. You can find Providers searching via a specific mile radius from a client’s zip code. I.e. 10 miles from 62226.

AUTHORIZATIONS – Approved Providers are authorized for specific services in categories such as Inpatient, Residential, IOP, Outpatient. Each authorization is saved in the client’s record enabling all of the client’s Authorizations to be viewed on one screen and how many have been utilized by the client.

CLAIMS – Paper claims can be processed, or 837 files from your clearinghouse can be displayed on your screen and processed. EAPro360® can create electronic files that are sent to your Accounts Payable to pay Providers. The file sends the data needed to pay and track amounts paid to Providers. You can print EOBs to send along with the checks.

REPORTS – Saving all of the above data in a way that it can be reported:
1) saves your EAP money by not having to keep separate files,
