Amy Harting

Amy D. Harting

President and Chief Executive Officer

Amy has been with Harting EAP since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience in EAP software and technology. This extensive interaction with over 150 EAPs throughout the world provides a rich foundation to deeply understand the needs of employee assistance programs. These vast number of interactions with EAPs enables her to effectively integrate an EAPs unique needs into Harting EAP’s technology solutions.

Under her leadership, Harting EAP has achieved several industry firsts, including:

  • The first hosting services designed specifically for EAPs
  • The first Affiliate Portal to streamline provider communication
  • The first behavioral health software package tailored exclusively for EAPs
  • The introduction and promotion of the “IMPACT Rate” — a comprehensive metric encompassing all EAP services — offering a more meaningful measure of value than traditional case utilization statistics
  • The first Client Portal for EAPs — (myEAPconnect™) implemented in 2025 and already active in an EAP’s work flow.

Prior to her tenure at Harting EAP, Amy was an Operations manager for a national laser vision correction company, further strengthening her background in healthcare operations and quality management.

Amy remains actively engaged with the EAP community. She is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), currently serves on the board of the St. Louis chapter, and has contributed to national EAPA committees.
